Assam Fine Arts and Crafts Society is all set to celebrate its Golden Jubilee on completion of its 50 glorious and eventful years with a year-long programme in the year 2020. An itinerary has been chalked out to mark the Golden Jubilee celebration which includes many a programme involving young talents and seasoned artists. Moreover, the Society is also making humble effort to rope in National Modern Art Gallery, Lalit Kala Akademi (including its various regional offices) and other potential agencies (both public and private sector) to organise various events of the year-long celebration in a befitting manner.

The Assam Fine Arts and Crafts Society belongs to all who feel it is theirs—fine art practitioners, filmmakers, poets, writers, journalists and all. The Society has this tradition of greeting everyone with open arms.
